David W. French is President at Tri-W Group and is responsible for establishing and driving the strategic plan while focusing on Real Estate investments.

Prior to leading Tri-W Group, he was Vice President of The W. W. Williams Company, where he was responsible for one of its largest divisions called Tri-W Investments. Previously, Mr. French was with Lifestyle Communities in several roles, most recently as a Development & Construction Manager. At Lifestyle Communities, he was responsible for managing the predevelopment, construction, and successful completion of several $50M+ master-planned, multi-family development projects.

Mr. French obtained his undergraduate degree in economics from Duke University in 2004, where he was also a two-time letterman member of the golf team and member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll. Mr. French is an active board member of Recreation Unlimited and resides in Columbus, Ohio.

Bob Castor is the Executive Managing Director and General Counsel of Tri-W Group and is responsible for sourcing and structuring Real Estate investments, as well as providing general counsel services to the company.

Prior to joining Tri-W Group, Mr. Castor was a partner at Bricker & Eckler, a leading Ohio-based regional law firm, and was twice named as the Columbus “Lawyer of Year” for Commercial Transactions by Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Castor has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions and has provided counsel to developers and lenders on many of the Columbus region’s most visible real estate projects.

Mr. Castor graduated with a degree in political science from Duke University in 2004, where he was a captain of the men’s golf team, and received a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law cum laude in 2007. Mr. Castor and his wife have two children and reside in Dublin, Ohio.

Nicholas J. Ulrich is Managing Director and CFO at Tri-W Group and is involved in both Operating Company and Real Estate investments.

Prior to joining Tri-W Group, Mr. Ulrich was a Managing Director of Stonehenge Partners, a firm that directs the investment activities for approximately $1 billion in mezzanine and equity commitments. Mr. Ulrich started his career at Stout Risius Ross, Inc., in Chicago, where he was a Senior Analyst participating in the Investment Banking Group’s merger and acquisition advisory activities. Mr. Ulrich serves on the boards of several private companies and is a board member of the Columbus chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Mr. Ulrich received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting, summa cum laude, from Miami University. Mr. Ulrich and his wife have three children and reside in Powell, Ohio.

Megan Weber is the Vice President of Business Development at Tri-W Group. She is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities for the firm.

Prior to joining Tri-W Group, Megan spent over a decade at Worldwide Express- a Third Party Logistics company. She held various roles for the company including outside sales and sales leadership. She was responsible for developing relationships with new and existing lower middle market customers. Prior to that, she spent 6 years as the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse coach for The Ohio State University.

Megan obtained her undergraduate degree in Communication from The Ohio State University where she competed on the women’s lacrosse team. She resides in Upper Arlington with her husband and two daughters.

Laura B. Endicott is Controller at Tri-W Group and maintains the company financial records and daily cash transactions. She is responsible for monthly financial statements, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordinating the completion of the annual audit.

Prior to joining Tri-W Group, she was a Senior Accountant for The W. W. Williams Company, where she provided general ledger and financial accounting services for the truck shops, Mexico operations, and for the Tri-W Investments division. Ms. Endicott has many years of experience in corporate accounting, working with various industries and multi-entity consolidations. She began her accounting career by building a strong foundation of accounting skills, such as tax, payroll, financial compilation, and review, with Fred W. Laubie & Associates, Inc.

Ms. Endicott graduated from Marshall University, magna cum laude, with her B.S. in Accounting. After leaving Huntington, West Virginia for Columbus, Ohio, she obtained her Ohio C.P.A. license. Ms. Endicott currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.

Ryon Malas is an Associate at Tri-W Group and is involved in both Operating Company and Real Estate investments.

Prior to joining Tri-W Group, he spent four years at LOUD Capital, an early-stage venture capital and alternative investment firm in Columbus, OH. During his time with the company, Ryon held multiple roles. Most recently he was the lead associate within the asset-based financing division and provided support on diligence for early-stage equity investments.

Ryon graduated with a degree in Finance from The Ohio State Fisher School of Business in 2020.
