Andrew J. Billman is Managing Director at Tri-W Group and focuses on Operating Company investments.
Prior to joining Tri-W Group, he was the former President of Worthington Cylinders, a $1.1 Billion global leader of pressure vessel and related products with 21 manufacturing locations in six countries with over 3,400 employees. Worthington Cylinders is the second largest, wholly-owned subsidiary of Worthington Industries (NYSE: WOR), a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to that role, Mr. Billman was Vice President of Purchasing for Worthington Industries. He joined the company in 1991 as an inside sales representative for Worthington Steel. From 2001 to 2006, he worked for a private manufacturing company, serving in executive level operations and sales functions, and eventually held a minority ownership in the company.
Mr. Billman earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University in business and was a team captain and three-year letterman in football. Mr. Billman and his wife have four children and reside in Galena, Ohio.

David W. French is President at Tri-W Group and is responsible for establishing and driving the strategic plan while focusing on Real Estate investments.
Prior to leading Tri-W Group, he was Vice President of The W. W. Williams Company, where he was responsible for one of its largest divisions called Tri-W Investments. Previously, Mr. French was with Lifestyle Communities in several roles, most recently as a Development & Construction Manager. At Lifestyle Communities, he was responsible for managing the predevelopment, construction, and successful completion of several $50M+ master-planned, multi-family development projects.
Mr. French obtained his undergraduate degree in economics from Duke University in 2004, where he was also a two-time letterman member of the golf team and member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll. Mr. French is an active board member of Recreation Unlimited and resides in Columbus, Ohio.

Jason R. Moore is the President of Operating Company investments at Tri-W Group.
Prior to joining Tri-W Group, Mr. Moore was the CEO of IGS Home Warranty and VP of IGS Energy, a large privately held energy company. Mr. Moore and his team developed and executed a strategic plan overhauling the residential business. In his time as CEO of IGS Home Warranty he drove substantial increases in revenue and led the company through an acquisition as well as a start-up commercializing an advanced energy service. Prior to IGS, Mr. Moore was General Manager for Canada and Distribution Centers at Advanced Drainage Systems (NYSE: WMS), a leading manufacturer of high-performance thermoplastic corrugated pipe and ancillary products. He and his team executed a strategic plan that built a business and improved financial performance.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Moore had the opportunity to be a business owner as one of the first U.S. Tim Hortons franchisees with four restaurants. He is also an active board member of Cristo Rey Columbus High School, currently serving as Chairman. Mr. Moore earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University, where he met his wife, Betsy. Mr. Moore and his wife have four children and reside in Upper Arlington, Ohio.

Nicholas J. Ulrich is Managing Director and CFO at Tri-W Group and is involved in both Operating Company and Real Estate investments.
Prior to joining Tri-W Group, Mr. Ulrich was a Managing Director of Stonehenge Partners, a firm that directs the investment activities for approximately $1 billion in mezzanine and equity commitments. Mr. Ulrich started his career at Stout Risius Ross, Inc., in Chicago, where he was a Senior Analyst participating in the Investment Banking Group’s merger and acquisition advisory activities. Mr. Ulrich serves on the boards of several private companies and is a board member of the Columbus chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Mr. Ulrich received his B.S. in Finance and Accounting, summa cum laude, from Miami University. Mr. Ulrich and his wife have three children and reside in Powell, Ohio.
